Milwaukee Bucks basketball is finally back! Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks opened their season with a narrow victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night. Playing without Khris Middleton and Pat Connaughton, Milwaukee was able to keep the 76ers’ stars in check enough throughout the night. Of course, this matchup also paired the Bucks against PJ Tucker, who won a ring with the team during their 2020-21 NBA Championship run. The Green Bay Packers were expected to struggle offensively this season after they traded away All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams. In addition to losing Adams, the team lost Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown to free agency. To replace those three wide receivers, the Packers signed Sammy Watkins as a free agent and drafted three others to fill the void. The Green Bay Packers are 3-2 following an immensely disappointing loss to the New York Giants in London. Despite leading by 17 points at one point, the Packers collapsed in the second half and lost 27-22. Milwaukee Brewers executive David Stearns spent a great deal of time addressing the media earlier this week. During this session, Stearns discussed a variety of topics. Among these was how the Josh Hader trade affected the team much more than he thought it would.
