Bucks vs kings

The past week has been rough on the Milwaukee Bucks, who flew out west for a four-game road trip. Last night, the Bucks were embarrassed at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Milwaukee suffered a 35-point blowout in a 129-94 defeat to the Kings. This is now the third loss in four games for the Bucks, who in the past week have lost to the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers. Milwaukee’s loss drops the team to 42-24. They still sit a half-game above the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second seed in the Eastern Conference. On Thursday night, we’ll…

Last season, the 2023 Milwaukee Brewers led the majors with a 3.71 ERA, with ten of the Brewers pitchers recording an ERA of less than three. Now, without ace Corbin Burnes, many believe the Brews will take a dive within the NL Central standings during the 2024 season. While starter Freddy Peralta led Milwaukee with 12 wins on the mound in 2023, starter Brandon Woodruff would lead the Brewers with a 2.28 ERA through 11 starts. Peralta and the other starters, plus Woodruff when he’s healthy must pitch their A-game during every start they have in 2024 if the Brewers…

Yesterday afternoon, the Milwaukee Bucks picked up a clutch 124-117 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers which snapped their two-game losing streak from this past week. Milwaukee came up big during the second half in their recent win, as they outscored the Clippers by nine points in the third quarter, and by ten points overall during the second half. Damian Lillard went lights-out during the fourth quarter, in which he dropped 16 of his 35 points on four of seven shooting. Giannis Antetokounmpo followed up with a 34-point double-double. This win improves the Bucks to 42-23. They sit in the…

The Milwaukee Brewers have a 26 percent decrease in their playoff odds for the 2024 regular season. This means the Brewers will have to count on a lot of inexperienced players who haven’t seen a lot of time out on the field. Even ESPN does not believe the Brewers will not appear in the 2024 postseason. Just this past week, we’ve looked at Milwaukee’s potential leaders for the 2024 season in home runs and RBIs. Last season, Major League Baseball announced the shortening of the base paths, which resulted in more stolen bases. It’s time to look at who will…

Bucks vs lakers

After a devastating blowout loss to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, the Milwaukee Bucks came into Crypto.com Arena looking for a win during their second game of a four-game West Coast trip. Unlike the Warriors matchup, the Bucks were in this matchup the entire 48 minutes, as they constantly went back and forth with the lead facing this Lakers team. Los Angeles was without their star and future Hall of Famer LeBron James, as he was dealing with ankle soreness. With Milwaukee leading 122-121, Los Angeles’ point guard knocked down a driving floater with six seconds remaining to give…

Even with the Milwaukee Brewers making the sixth seed in the National League playoff picture last season, they still only had 696 runs batted in, which is behind division rivals such as the St.Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds, and the Chicago Cubs. This Brewers team needs to deliver clutch hits or home runs during tough or late-game situations if they want to continue to enjoy playoff action. Using Fangraphs ZiPS Projections, we’ll be looking at the three guys who could possibly lead Milwaukee this season in RBIs. Although this team has some prospects that could make noise in 2024, we’ll see…

The Milwaukee Bucks got absolutely pummeled last night in San Francisco, as the Golden State Warriors showed no remorse in blowing out the Bucks 125-90. While stars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard did their usual thing, it was the other guys surrounding the dynamic duo that viably struggled. The Bucks were again without Khris Middleton, who’s been dealing with a left ankle sprain. This loss to the Warriors stops the Milwaukee Bucks’ six-game winning streak which sets them at 41-22, second in the Eastern Conference by a game over the third-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers. As for the Warriors, Stephen Curry moved…

The Milwaukee Brewers started their 2024 Spring Training almost two and a half weeks ago. Since then, they compiled a 3-7 record ranking near the bottom of the Cactus League. Even though it’s a slow start, Spring Training does not prove how the regular season will play out. This Brewers team looks quite different than they did last season. On January 26th, the team signed first baseman Rhys Hoskins to a two-year 34-million-dollar contract. A few days later, Milwaukee traded ace Corbin Burnes to the Baltimore Orioles. Instead of losing Corbin in free agency, the Brewers decided to trade him…
