Bucks

After taking a tough loss to the top-seeded Boston Celtics on Wednesday night, the Milwaukee Bucks came into Brooklyn last night in search of a win against a team that’s almost 20 games under .500. Milwaukee walked away from halftime with a 16-point lead, however, the Nets outscored the Bucks in both the third, and fourth quarter, making this game much more entertaining. Even though the Bucks pulled out a 115-108 road win, they won’t be celebrating much. On Sunday night, they will go back home to the Fiserv Forum Arena to play the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder. Giannis Antetokounmpo…

Bucks vs Suns

The Milwaukee Bucks played their second straight game at home yesterday afternoon in a matchup against the Phoenix Suns. Milwaukee looked to get a second straight win, after losing three out of four games on their west coast road trip. Plus, the Bucks were without their MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was suffering from a hamstring injury, but they did get forward Khris Middleton back after he missed about a month of action with a left ankle sprain. Milwaukee’s pivotal second quarter, where they outscored the Suns 43-24 is one of the key reasons why the Bucks took this matchup at…

During the 2023 regular season, the Milwaukee Brewers ranked 14th in the MLB with 1,425 strikeouts. They also led the league in ERA, and even without Corbin Burnes, this team has some captivating pitchers who are looking to repeat achieving this top-ranked stat. Through 30 starts last season, Freddy Peralta led the Brewers with 210 strikeouts. As the team’s ace heading into the 2024 season, Peralta will eye in on not only taking this Brewers team back to the postseason but leading the team in multiple statistical categories. The Milwaukee Brewers became a playoff team last season partly due to…

The Milwaukee Brewers will play their first regular season game of the 2024 MLB season in two weeks when they fly into New York, and face the New York Mets at Citi Field. Milwaukee certainly has some concerns heading into this season. Their rivals in the NL Central division have bolstered their roster as they’re all ready to compete for the division title and a postseason spot. The team will be playing in the MLB’s first-ever Spring Breakout game this Sunday against the Kansas City Royals. Although the Brewers’ Spring Breakout roster is rated second within the league, that just…

The past week has been rough on the Milwaukee Bucks, who flew out west for a four-game road trip. Last night, the Bucks were embarrassed at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. This is now the third loss in four games for the Bucks, who in the past week have lost to the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers. Milwaukee’s loss drops the team to 42-24. They still sit a half-game above the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second seed in the Eastern Conference. On Thursday night, we’ll…

Last season, the 2023 Milwaukee Brewers led the majors with a 3.71 ERA, with ten of the Brewers pitchers recording an ERA of less than three. Now, without ace Corbin Burnes, many believe the Brews will take a dive within the NL Central standings during the 2024 season. While starter Freddy Peralta led Milwaukee with 12 wins on the mound in 2023, starter Brandon Woodruff would lead the Brewers with a 2.28 ERA through 11 starts. Peralta and the other starters, plus Woodruff when he’s healthy must pitch their A-game during every start they have in 2024 if the Brewers…

The Milwaukee Brewers have a 26 percent decrease in their playoff odds for the 2024 regular season. This means the Brewers will have to count on a lot of inexperienced players who haven’t seen a lot of time out on the field. Even ESPN does not believe the Brewers will not appear in the 2024 postseason. Just this past week, we’ve looked at Milwaukee’s potential leaders for the 2024 season in home runs and RBIs. Last season, Major League Baseball announced the shortening of the base paths, which resulted in more stolen bases. It’s time to look at who will…
