Down 4-0 in the sixth inning, the Milwaukee Brewers are looking to come out on top with a win over the Miami Marlins and claim the NL Central title. Two Brewers decided to heat things up in Miami and hit some milestone career numbers.
Carlos Santana Hits Career Home Run #300
In a 1-2 count, no one out, runners on the corners, Carlos Santana smashed a ball off off Marlins’ pitcher A.J. Puk deep into right field to make it a tied ball-game. The ball traveled 400 feet, with an exit velocity of 105.5 mph. This marked Santana’s 300th career home run.

Christian Yelich Reaches 1,500 Hits
After missing 12 games, Christian Yelich returned to the lineup in the Brewers 16-1 victory over the Marlins on Friday where he hit two home runs. This additionally made Yelich the fourth player in Brewers franchise history to have at least three 100-run seasons.
In a 2-2 count with two outs in the top of the seventh, Yelich hit a bloop into the infield in which Josh Bell was able to pick up the ball, but failed to keep it in his hand when he went to try and tag Yelich out at first.
