The Wisconsin Badgers nabbed one of the most coveted names in the transfer portal on Saturday. Oklahoma quarterback Nick Evers, a former four-star recruit, committed to Wisconsin. He has four years of eligibility remaining. Evers went to high school in Texas, Flower Mound High School to be precise, and was once ranked as a top 80 prospect and top seven quarterback.
Nick Evers Highlights
Despite not getting any playing time with Oklahoma, Evers has plenty of highlight tape out there from his years as a varsity quarterback in Texas:

While in high school, Evers threw for 40 touchdowns and 14 interceptions as a varsity quarterback. In addition, he ran for 915 yards and 15 more touchdowns during that time frame. Wisconsin Badgers head coach Luke Fickell is known to prefer dual-threat quarterbacks, and Nick Evers fits that bill.
