Packers’ Jaire Alexander does the “Penguin”
The Green Bay Packers scored a big win on Christmas. The Packers, who had a lot of help on Saturday for the playoff race, beat the Miami Dolphins to improve to 7-8 on the year. The Packers needed to win this game to stay in the NFC Wild Card race. After the win, Jaire Alexander celebrated.
The Packers overcame a ten-point deficit and several impactful injuries to beat the Dolphins by six points. Packers players were obviously emotional after the big win on Christmas Day. Alexander was especially excited after helping the team with an interception of Tua Tagovailoa.
He celebrated the moment by mimicking Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle’s celebration move. Waddle is known for doing the “Penguin” after touchdown catches. The dance move looks like a penguin waddling on snow.
Alexander did his version of the dance up the tunnel to the Packers’ locker room:

It was a funny move by Alexander after the win. Alexander’s taunt was reminiscent of Sauce Gardner after the New York Jets beat the Packers earlier this season. It was much better for the Packers to be able to return the favor to an AFC East team on Sunday.
