Former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Amari Rodgers signed with the Indianapolis Colts Wednesday. The Packers’ 2021 third-round pick is onto his third NFL roster in two seasons. Fans reacted to the news he was getting a new chance with the Colts.
Rodgers signed with the Houston Texans after the Packers waived him last season. Rodgers had some success as a wide receiver with the Texans towards the end of the season.
However, the new regime brought in a few young wide receivers and drafted quarterback C.J. Stroud. With those additions squeezing Rodgers for playing time, the Texans and Rodgers mutually parted ways. Rodgers thinks he can get on the field more as a member of the Colts, with rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson tossing him passes.

I had so much faith in him when we drafted him. Couldn’t believe he was such a bust.
