Aaron Rodgers and his New York Jets teammates reportedly gave the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the cold shoulder a day after a fight between the two teams put a Jets assistant coach in the hospital.
Per multiple reports, Jets cornerback coach Tony Oden was hospitalized by “friendly fire” from his involvement in one of a few nasty fights that broke out between the Jets and Buccaneers during this first scheduled joint practice Wednesday.
Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets bail on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
According to Rock Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, the Jets “bailed” on the second day of their scheduled joint practices with the Buccaneers. The Buccaneers are practicing at the New York Giants practice facility instead.
Bucs arrive at the NY Giants training complex across from MetLife Stadium for practice. The NY Jets bailed on a second day of joint practices, something that apparently was agreed to in March. So the Giants graciously offered their practice field. pic.twitter.com/bCdARPzS2o

The Jets can’t hide from the Buccaneers forever. They will meet on Saturday evening for their preseason game.
One would expect to see more fireworks between these two rosters during that game.
