The Green Bay Packers signed a former Cleveland Browns RB
According to a statement by the Packers, the team signed Nate McCary to the roster Monday. He will wear the number 46 jersey:
“The Green Bay Packers signed RB Nate McCrary. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transaction on Monday.
McCrary (6-0, 213), a first-year player out of Saginaw Valley State, originally signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2021. He spent his rookie season on the Denver Broncos’ active roster and on the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad. McCrary was elevated to the active roster for one game by the Ravens in 2021 as a COVID replacement and recorded a carry. He was released by Baltimore following the 2022 training camp and spent part of last season on the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad. McCrary spent this past offseason and the early part of training camp with the Cleveland Browns. He will wear No. 46 for the Packers.”
