NBA news: It seems that it’s James Harden that has been left the most frustrated by the Philadelphia 76ers inability to strike a trade deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. On Monday, the former NBA MVP just accelerated his looming Philly exit by blasting team president of basketball operations Daryl Morey with a scathing tirade that has put the entire basketball world on notice.
NBA News: James Harden Accuses Daryl Morey of Being a ‘Liar’
Harden is currently touring in China and in one of his public forums, the 10-time All-Star decided to destroy Morey with a no-holds-barred attack on the high-ranking Sixers exec:
“Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of,” Harden said. “Let me say that again. Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of.”

You have to note that these two go way back. Morey was the general manager for the Houston Rockets during Harden’s heyday, and it was actually Morey who recruited Harden to the Sixers a couple of years ago. At this point, however, it is safe to say that their relationship has taken a turn for the worse.
NBA News: Kyrie Irving Calls Out Woj Amid James Harden’s Outburst
Dallas Maverick superstar Kyrie Irving has caught wind of all this drama. The enigmatic Mavs guard decided to turn his attention to ESPN’s NBA guru Adrian Wojnarowski, who himself labeled Harden as “disgruntled” in his news report:
“Is he Disgruntled Adrian?? Or is he holding Darryl Morey accountable for his dishonesty and lack of transparency throughout the contract negotiation process this summer?” Irving wrote in his tweet.

Kyrie has no history with Daryl Morey, but he was teammates with Harden during their brief stint together with the Brooklyn Nets. In case you forgot, Harden also forced his way out of Brooklyn when he felt that a change in scenery was the best move for him at that point in time. This is exactly what he’s doing with the Sixers right now, and after this latest development, it seems like Harden’s going to get his wish soon.
