The Milwaukee Brewers currently have four prospects inside MLB Pipeline’s top 100 prospect list. Of those four players three have been elected to the MiLB All-Star Futures game that will be played on July 9 at T-Mobile Park.
Sal Frelick is the only Brewers prospect ranked in the top 100 not participating in the 2023 All-Star Futures game. He did miss a good majority of the first half due to a thumb injury that required surgery.

Three Milwaukee Brewers prospects have been elected to the MiLB All-Star Futures game.
Representing the Brewers in the All-Star Futures game will be teenage phenom Jackson Chourio, 20 year old catcher Jeferson Quero, and 2022 second round pick Jacob Misiorowski. Currently Chourio and Quero are both in Double-A with the Biloxi Shuckers and Misiorowski is in High-A with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
It should be no surprise that Jackson Chourio will be participating in this event. The 19 year old outfielder is drawing Ronad Acuna Jr fast track to the big league comparisons. He also recently joined the 10 home run and 20 stolen base club in which the last teenager to do this in the high minors was Ronald Acuna Jr in 2017.
Quero, a teammate of Chourio currently, currently has the third best caught stealing percentage across the entire MiLB at 38%. In addition to great defense his offense has been improving this year. Through 49 games he has already tied a single season high in home runs (10) and also has an .813 OPS.
Lastly there is flame thrower Jacob Misirowski. He consistently hits triple digits on the radar gun and strikes out a ton of batters. With the Mudcats in Low-A he struck out 45% of batters. He has continued to have success in High-A and could be in line for a second promotion at some point this season.
The MiLB futures game starts at 6:00 PM CT on Saturday, July 8.
