Cade Cunningham was not able to suit up on Saturday when the Detroit Pistons hosted the Milwaukee Bucks at the Little Caesars Arena. Without their best player on the floor, the Pistons were unable to carve out a win and ended up suffering another tough loss, 141-235.
These two teams go at it again on Monday night and unfortunately, Cunningham will be forced to watch from the sidelines yet again.
Cade Cunningham Ruled Out Vs. Milwaukee Bucks

There was some optimism surrounding Cunningham’s status heading into Monday’s showdown after the former No. 1 overall pick was tagged as doubtful to play in the initial injury report. Unfortunately, the 22-year-old has now been downgraded to out as he continues to deal with a left knee strain.
Cunningham will now miss his seventh consecutive game for the Pistons.

Isaiah Stewart Good to Go

It’s not all bad for the Pistons, though. Isaiah Stewart, who missed Saturday’s loss due to a left ankle sprain, has been cleared to play on Monday. He’s no Cade Cunningham, but at least Detroit will get one of its starters back when they host the mighty Bucks.
Monte Morris, however, has also been ruled out. The veteran guard has yet to make his Pistons debut after his summer trade move and he has been ramping up his activity this month as he recovers from a quad strain. He was doubtful to play too, but Pistons fans will now have to wait a few more days before Morris potentially suits up for his new team for the first time.
