Patrick Beverley is on the move again. This time, he’s joining the Milwaukee Bucks after he was traded by the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for Cameron Payne and a second-round pick.
The veteran guard will now be joining his seventh team in what has been a colorful 11-year NBA career. Now that he’s headed to Milwaukee, Beverley will also be able to rekindle some old flames.
Patrick Beverley’s Live Reaction to Milwaukee Bucks Trade

A video of Beverley reacting to the massive news is currently making its rounds on social media. In it, the 35-year-old is seen briefly analyzing what he believes is in store for him now that he’s joining the Bucks.
Beverley then realized that he would need to make things right with Bucks superstar Damian Lillard now that they’re going to be on the same team:
“Nah, I gotta get my relationship right with Dame,” Beverley said with a laugh.

Beverley and Lillard have had their fair share of on-court battles through the years. Let’s just say they’re anything but best friends.
Then again, both players are true veterans, which means that they shouldn’t have any issues setting any personal beef aside now that they have the same objective.
For his part, it is clear that Beverley intends to go out of his way to fix whatever needs fixing with Lillard. I’m pretty sure Dame feels the same way as well.

To be fair, Beverley has proven in the past that he has no problem letting bygones be bygones. He started the season last year with the Los Angeles Lakers where he had to join forces with Russell Westbrook — a man who was considered to be one of, if not his biggest nemesis in the NBA.
Pat Bev and Russ ended up being BFFs in LA, and perhaps this could be the case again with Lillard in Milwaukee.
