With the Milwaukee Bucks’ season now at an end, Patrick Beverley is free to do anything with his time these days. Turns out, he has been watching the recent Game 7 between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic and the feisty guard shares the same sentiment most NBA fans have about the series.

In that series-deciding game, the Cavaliers went home with 106-94 win over Orlando and the right to advance to the next round. All-Star shooting guard Donovan Mitchell found playoff redemption when he posted 39 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. Caris LeVert added 15 from the bench, while Evan Mobley added a double-doubt of 11 points and 16 rebounds in 41 minutes on the court.

For his part, sophomore Paolo Banchero did his best to get the dub for Orlando by finishing the game with 38 points and 16 rebounds. Wendell Carter contributed 13 points to the Magic’s final game of the season, while Jalen Suggs contributed 10 points and nine assists.

The win elevated Cleveland to the Eastern Conference semifinals and an imminent showdown with Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics. The Magic, on the other hand, have proven they have what it takes to compete, especially with the swift improvement of Banchero in his second year in the NBA.

Like almost everyone who caught Game 7, Milwaukee Bucks star Patrick Beverley had the same reaction to that particular contest. In a post he shared on X:

“What a Game 7,” Beverley tweeted.

At first many expected the Magic to pull away and get the win since they have built a comfortable 18-point lead after the first half ended. In the third quarter, though, Mitchell happened and he carried Cleveland on his back as they got the win in the end.

Cleveland is scheduled to face the Boston Celtics soon in Conference Semifinals. Without a doubt, Beverley will be one of those waiting in eagerness to see how this series will progress in the coming days.
