Milwaukee Bucks forward MarJon Beauchamp was unable to play out Wednesday’s blowout win over the Toronto Raptors. This was after the 23-year-old was forced to exit the game in the first half due to an ankle injury.
Beauchamp was unable to return to the game and has now been listed as questionable to play on Friday against the Charlotte Hornets.
Milwaukee Bucks’ MarJon Beauchamp Provides Update on Injury Status
The official injury diagnosis for Beauchamp is a left ankle sprain. While this doesn’t sound overly serious, the fact that he is now in danger of missing Friday’s contest could be a cause for concern.
After the Raptors game, head coach Adrian Griffin noted that Beauchamp is set to undergo some tests on his ankle:
“[It’s a] right ankle sprain. I haven’t spoken to anyone, but I know he’ll be evaluated tonight and tomorrow,” Griffin said (h/t Matthew Dugandzic of FanNation).
For his part, however, Beauchamp is keeping his spirits up. In fact, he took to Twitter to provide a bit of an update on his current status. While the former Yakima Valley Community College standout did not really give any details on his injury, it is clear that he’s staying positive:

It seems that the post Beauchamp retweeted came from a former teacher of his. The 6-foot-6 wing shared the post with just a couple of emojis to show his appreciation.
Bucks fans will be hoping that Beauchamp is able to return to action as soon as possible. He has a great opportunity in front of him with Jae Crowder recently being ruled out with a significant injury. It would be a shame if Beauchamp is sidelined during this opportune time.
