Basketball fans were treated to quite a duel on Tuesday night as the Phoenix Suns hosted the Milwaukee Bucks at the Footprint Center. The high-profile matchup also featured some of the top superstars in the game going toe-to-toe, and they did not disappoint.
Giannis Antetokounmpo did all he could to carry his team to victory, but in the end, it was Kevin Durant and Co. who secured the win at home, 114-106.

Antetokounmpo finished the loss with a game-high 34 points on 13-of-24 shooting, to go along with 10 rebounds, six assists, and on 3-pointer in 39 minutes of action. It was not enough.
After the game, the former back-to-back MVP sent out a special message for Suns superstar Kevin Durant, as Antetokounmpo expressed how much he cherishes these types of superstar matchups:
“I love playing against the best 💪🏾💪🏾,” Giannis wrote in his tweet.

For his part, Durant scored 28 points on 11-of-21 from the floor, with 10 rebounds, an assist, a steal, two blocks, and one triple. He was a consistently reliable force for the Suns throughout the game as he led Phoenix to a big win over Giannis and a shorthanded Bucks side.
That’s now four wins in five games for the streaking Suns.
KD did get a lot of help from his friends, though, with Devin Booker going off for a team-high 32 points. Bradley Beal put up an impressive 25-point, 10-rebound double-double as the Suns Big 3 flexed their muscles over Milwaukee.
These two teams go at it again on March 17 at the Fiserv Forum.
