If there were any questions regarding whether or not Giannis Antetokounmpo would see a dip in his production after the Milwaukee Bucks teamed him up with Damian Lillard, all the doubt has already been erased at this point in the season.
In 17 games played thus far, Giannis is putting up some pretty insane numbers yet again: 30.1 points on a career-best 59.9 percent from the field, 10.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.2 blocks in 33.9 minutes per contest.
This level of production should be, at the very least, in contention as one of the early candidates for this year’s MVP title.
Numbers Talk for Milwaukee Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo
Bucks Muse on Twitter recently pointed out a stunning stat that further proves Antetokounmpo’s dominance. As it turns out, Giannis stands alone in the NBA as the only player who’s averaging at least 30 points and 10 rebounds, while also shooting above 50 percent from the floor:

Of course, there are other superstars who come to mind when talking about dominance in the sport. Reigning NBA Finals MVP Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets pops up first, while you also can’t ignore defending league MVP Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers.
Nevertheless, you also have to note that neither of these stars is playing alongside a seven-time All-NBA point guard who’s also averaging 26.0 points per game.
