After spending the first 43 games of the season coaching the Milwaukee Bucks to a winning record, Adrian Griffin is now out of a job. Instead, the team has replaced him with Doc Rivers to guide Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard to a successful run in the postseason.
Due to the Bucks’ surprising move, a lot of personalities have given their take on the matter. For one, Shaquille O’Neal shared a heartfelt wish for Rivers after experiencing a lot of negativity from his past coaching stints. Meanwhile, Jamal Crawford felt disheartened over what happened to Griffin recently.
Rightfully so, because the Bucks’ former head coach guided the team to a winning record this season, placing second in the Eastern Conference before he was fired. On the other hand, there’ll be a renewed interest in Milwaukee to see if Rivers is up to the task of bringing out the best of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard’s partnership.

Among those who have given their take on the Bucks’ hiring of Rivers are Doris Burke and Mike Breen. But unlike the serious perspective of others, these two have given a light-hearted approach to the matter at hand.

Without a doubt, Rivers will surely be missed by these two. But instead of getting his take on games, everyone will now see him in action as the former head coach of the Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Clippers, and Philadelphia 76ers try to work his magic in Milwaukee.
It’d be interesting to see, too, how he can elevate the partnership of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard this season. In any case, all eyes will be on the Bucks to see whether they sink or swim with Rivers as their coach.
