Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard is in the middle of an ugly divorce battle with his estranged wife, Kay’La Lillard. The seven-time All-NBA point guard filed for divorce just days after his move to Milwaukee. Kay’La then clapped back by demanding sole custody of their three children.
What you can say for sure is that this isn’t going away anytime soon.
Milwaukee Bucks Star Damian Lillard’s Custody Hearing Postponed

Dame and the Bucks have recently received some good news, though. Lillard was supposed to miss Milwaukee’s November 24 matchup against the Washington Wizards because of a pre-determined court date. The 33-year-old was asked to appear in court on the said date with regard to the custody battle for his kids.
According to documents obtained by Douglas Montero of Radar Online, however, a judge has now granted Lillard’s previous request to push back the date of the hearing:
“It is ordered that the motion to postpone the November 24, 2023 show cause hearing date is allowed, hearing date postponed to TBD (to be determined),” stated the order by Clackamas County Circuit Court Judge Todd L. Van Rysselberghe.

This only means that Lillard should be available to play for the Bucks on that date — barring an unforeseen injury, of course.
It remains to be seen, however, when the court hearing will be rescheduled. Dame and the Bucks are obviously hoping that this does not cause any conflict with his commitments to the team.
