Milwaukee Bucks news: Kawhi Leonard played through a groin injury on Saturday night as the Los Angeles Clippers took down the Chicago Bulls at the Crypto.com Arena, 112-102. The Clippers return to action on Sunday in the second game of a back-to-back set, this time hosting Giannis Antetokounmpo, Damian Lillard, and the rest of the Bucks.
The fans are asking the same question: Is Kawhi Leonard playing today vs. the Bucks?
Kawhi Leonard’s Injury Status Vs. Milwaukee Bucks
As of writing, the Clippers have yet to submit their injury report for Sunday’s matinee matchup. However, it would not be a complete surprise if Leonard ended up being listed on the report again. He entered the Bulls game with a questionable tag, but he was obviously able to play through the knock.
Leonard looked fine on Saturday, finishing the game with 19 points on 8-of-15 shooting, nine rebounds, four assists, and a block in 38 minutes of action. He also played in LA’s last back-to-back set, which was on March 3 and 4. The second game of that set, incidentally, was against the Bucks.
So, with regard to the question of is Kawhi Leonard playing today vs. the Bucks, the answer is that it seems likely. We will need to wait for the official injury report, though.
