The Milwaukee Brewers are loaded with talented outfield prospects. At the big league level Garrett Mitchell and Joey Wiemer have made impacts. In the minor leagues Jackson Chourio is currently on fire at the plate in Double-A and in Triple-A Sal Frelick is starting to get his bat going again.
Earlier this season Sal Frelick missed time due to a thumb injury that required surgery. He missed nearly two months of games but now that he is back he is starting to look more like the player that rapidly ascended through the ranks a season ago. During his most recent performance he had a career night that consisted of six runs batted in.

Milwaukee Brewers outfield prospect Sal Frelick has a career night at the plate.
On Thursday, July 20 Sal Frelick collected six runs batted in against the Jacksonville Jump Shrimp. Overall he reached base four times by collecting three hits and one walk. Of his hits all went for extra bases as he had two doubles and a home run.
For the Brewers this is a very good sign. Frelick is a contact oriented hitter who also has a ton of speed. If he can keep this going it’s possible that they promote him to the big leagues in order to improve their outfield.
