Milwaukee Brewers top prospect Jackson Chourio was recently promoted to Triple-A Nashville.  His promotion came upon conclusion of the Double-A season and with just one week left in the Sounds regular season.  On Tuesday night he got his first start and he ended up collecting his first hit in Triple-A.

The first Triple-A hit for Jackson Chourio was a double to right field.  In Double-A the 19 year old hit 23 doubles, 22 home runs, and had a .467 slugging percentage.  He has an excellent ability to hit to all areas of the field, so seeing him mash an opposite field double in Triple-A is quite fitting.

Prior to his promotion Jackson Chourio made quite an impression in Double-A.  He set a Biloxi Shuckers single season RBI record and also became the first 20/40 teenager in the high minor leagues since Ronald Acuna Jr.  What he is accomplishing at 19 years old is incredible.
