The Milwaukee Brewers have two position players advancing to the second stage of 2024 All-Star voting. Catcher William Contreras and outfielder Christian Yelich are the two now competing for in the final stage of voting for an opportunity to play and start in the mid-summer classic.

During phase one of voting William Contreras received the most votes among National League catchers with 2.3 million votes. He edged out J.T. Realmuto of the Philadelphia Phillies but now will compete against him head-to-head in phase two. Christian Yelich ended up receiving the second most votes among outfielders in the National League.

Phase two of All-Star voting will begin at 12:00 PM ET on Sunday, June 30 and run through Wednesday, July 3 at 12:00 PM ET. Votes do not carry over from the first phase. This phase is significantly shorter than the first but helps determines starters for the 2024 MLB All-Star Game at Globe Life Field in Arlington on July 16.

The Brewers have three infielders that have all put together strong seasons so far and may have been snubbed during the first phase of voting. Second baseman Brice Turang was unable to beat out Ketel Marte of Arizona Diamondbacks and Luis Arráez of the San Diego Padres. Shortstop Willy Adames finished behind Mookie Betts of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Trea Turner of the Philadelphia Phillies. Lastly, Joey Ortiz just missed the cut as a third baseman as Alec Bohm of Philadelphia Phillies and Manny Machado of the San Diego Padres were the finalists.
