During phase one of voting William Contreras received the most votes among National League catchers with 2.3 million votes. He edged out J.T. Realmuto of the Philadelphia Phillies but now will compete against him head-to-head in phase two. Christian Yelich ended up receiving the second most votes among outfielders in the National League.
When does the second phase begin and do votes carry over?
Phase two of All-Star voting will begin at 12:00 PM ET on Sunday, June 30 and run through Wednesday, July 3 at 12:00 PM ET. Votes do not carry over from the first phase. This phase is significantly shorter than the first but helps determines starters for the 2024 MLB All-Star Game at Globe Life Field in Arlington on July 16.

The Brewers have three infielders that have all put together strong seasons so far and may have been snubbed during the first phase of voting.
