What has Malik Heath for the Green Bay Packers during the preseason?
Despite not being drafted out of Ole Miss, the 6’2, 213-pound wideout signed with the Packers to try and make the roster. He made himself known quickly as in three games, including one start, and finished with 12 receptions on 16 targets for 146 yards (12.2 yards per catch). With the wide receiver room consisting of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and second-round Jayden Reed, Heath can be a viable fourth wide receiver.
He showcased his ability and could be a nice receiver to do well as he did last season with the Ole Miss Rebels. He had almost 1,000 receiving yards with 16.2 yards per reception.
What to expect out of Malik Heath this season
The Packers offense should be dynamic with a lot of younger players at the skill position. Expect Heath to be close to 500 receiving yards this season as he should get targets his way and gain more of a role in the offense as things go on.
