The Green Bay Packers are heading into the 2023 NFL season with the youngest team they have had in years. Jordan Love, whom the Packers deemed the heir to Aaron Rodgers, is just 24 years old. The wide receivers that are projected to make the 53-man roster are all first and second year players drafted by the Packers within the last two years. In addition, the tight end room is incredibly young. Josiah Deguara and Tyler Davis were joined by 2023 NFL Draft picks Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft. In the most recent OTA’s practice that was open to the media, it was Musgrave who garnered the most attention.

As one can see, there are already comparisons being made to Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City. While that duo will be tough to match in a few years much less this season, it is certainly exciting for the Packers to have a young tight end who can be a threat in the passing game.
