The Green Bay Packers suffered yet another brutal loss on Monday Night Football. The Packers went into Vegas sitting at .500 and still had optimism surrounding their team. The Raiders were 1-3 and coming off three straight losses.
The Raiders got a big defensive stop on the last drive of the game to seal 17-13 victory over the Packers. The defense played well, overall. The rush defense allowed 96 yards on 29 carries (3.3 average yard per run), and the pass defense allowed just 183 passing yards and intercepted the ball once. The Packers decided to add to that defense after their loss.
The Green Bay Packers Re-Sign Linebacker Justin Hollins After Loss To The Green Bay Packers

Per ESPN’s Rob Demovsky:
The Packers re-signed OLB Justin Hollins, who was waived yesterday to promote RB Patrick Taylor. Now, Taylor is released.
Presumably would return on the practice squad.
The Packers released Hollins prior to their Monday Night Matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Hollins has had quite the rollercoaster ride with the Packers:
- November 24th, 2022: Claimed off waivers
- March 23rd, 2023: Re-Signed
- October 9th, 2023: Released
- October 10th, 2023: Re-Signed
Based on PFF, Hollands ranks fourth among run defenders per PFF. A team like Green Bay has trouble stopping the run anyway, so Hollins not being on the roster could make a positive impact going forward.
