Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre has started a new career amid his ongoing scandal. There is no doubt that Favre has become one of the most controversial former players in recent memory as a result of his actions. The welfare scandal that surfaced in Mississippi involving Favre has recently been subjected to heavy scrutiny by the public.
In relation to the scandal, the former Green Bay Packers quarterback has been associated with the group of people who coordinated with officials to secure TANF funding for a wellness center at Southern Mississippi University on behalf of officials. Approximately $77 million in welfare funds were misspent.

Despite all the things that are happening currently for Favre, he is going to be taking on a new role in television that is sure to be a surprise for many people in the industry. According to Ryan Glasspiegel of the New York Post, Favre will be joining the Fearless show on The Blaze which is hosted by Jason Whitlock. He is said to be one of the regular contributors to the show and will be able to join the show weekly.
It is expected that Favre, however, will not come forward with any information regarding the allegations during his appearances, as he is still under a gag order from a lawsuit filed by the Mississippi Department of Human Services, according to Front Office Sports.
In a suppression order placed in May by Judge Eleanor Faye Peterson, it was stated that the order prohibits “all attorneys, as well as their representatives, parties, witnesses, and personnel of applicable agencies, law enforcement officers, and court personnel” from discussing the case until the trial is over.
