    Green Bay Announces Date of Manchester City and Bayern Munich

    Manchester City will play Bayern Munich at Lambeau Field on July 23rd 2022.

    Due to soccer fields in the United Kingdom being a lot wider than American soccer fields, this will be characterized as an “exhibition.”  No changes are planned on being made to accommodate United Kingdom rules.  These are two of the top 5 soccer teams in the world. This should draw a huge crowd and will help to make up the revenue loss from Green Bay losing a home game to London (even though they still have 8 home games).
    Lambeau Field has now hosted college football, college hockey, high school football, snowmobile racing, and concerts. Now, they can add international soccer/association football to that list.
