The New York Giants are looking to trade wide receiver Kadarius Toney. They have reportedly been making calls to see what they can get for their 2021 first-round pick. Toney has opted not to take part in the team’s voluntary offseason program under new coach Brian Daboll, which could serve as the last straw for the Giants.

According to Leonard, “There was some internal momentum for bailing on Toney during his tumultuous rookie season a year ago. His commitment came into question behind the scenes during his rookie year due to lack of playbook study, poor meeting behavior and frequent injuries.”
#Packers were reportedly fans pre-draft and that was just a year ago. When Toney was out there he was highly productive but some red flags too. https://t.co/YrCgjeuMhs

Kadarius Toney had 39 receptions for 420 yards, and no touchdowns last year. There have been some significant red flags, however if Green Bay feels a change of scenery would help, and wouldn’t cost premium draft picks, it may be something to consider. The New York Giants are in a predicament where they may be just trying to salvage a one year removed, first round draft pick. That rarely happens in the NFL, Green Bay could take advantage.
