The Minnesota Vikings have already signed former Packers Za’Darius Smith and Chandon Sullivan. The two continued a long history of former Packers signing with the division rival. Now, according to reports, the Vikings are also trying out former Packers quarterback Brett Hundley.

Brett Hundley was a former fifth round draft pick by the Green Bay Packers in 2015. Hundley started nine games for the Packers in 2017 when Aaron Rodgers was sidelined with a shoulder injury. Green Bay was 3-6 with Brett Hundley as a starter. He threw nine touchdown passes and 12 interceptions during that season.
Brett Hundley Post-Packers
After leaving the Green Bay Packers, Bretty Hundley signed with the Arizona Cardinals. Hundley appeared in three games for the Cardinals in 2019. He completed five of 11 passes during that timeframe.
Last season, Hundley spent time with the Indianapolis Colts practice squad.
Will Brett Hundley Make the Team in Minnesota?
The Minnesota Vikings already have Kirk Cousins at quarterback, and they are paying him a lot of money to be there. As backups, Minnesota already Sean Mannion, Kellen Mond, and Nate Stanley on their depth chart. It is not very likely that Hundley will surpass one of them on the roster.
