The Cincinnati Reds high powered offense has gone missing over the last three games against the Milwaukee Brewers. Over the last 27 innings the Reds have not scored a run and they have lost games by a score of 1-0, 1-0, and 3-0. This has resulted in them losing the National League Central division lead as well as the season tie breaker against the Brew Crew.
For Reds fans this is quite frustrating. Their team has not been in the hunt for the division this late into the season since 2012. Three straight shutout losses now has fans imploding on social media.
Cincinnati Reds fans implode on Twitter after 3rd straight shutout loss to Milwaukee Brewers.
3 straight shutouts. Embarrassing, Pathetic, fans show up to the park and finally give you support and this is the crap you give us. #Reds

This is what we’ve been used to for a decade. Losing to the Giants in the playoffs. The Cueto game against the Pirates. The Braves series during Covid playoffs. This fits right in with what we expect from the Reds in big situations.

I didn’t even go to the game and I want a refund for that offensive performance

There’s been a common theme for years.
We can not win important games/series.
And David bell is our manager.
The man just makes the team press. It’s so obvious. Let him go

cinderella run is over 🤫🤫🤫

I get we’re in a slump and we’ll turn it around, but 3 games in a row with zero scoring is pathetic
— Amateur Watcher ⚒️ (@OhioDavee) July 16, 2023
I can understand losing a few games but 0 runs, 7 hits, and 44 Ks in 3 games is indefensible.
