Duclona is a three-star cornerback who was originally committed to Cincinnati. He re-opened his recruitment on Nov. 28. Duclona also held scholarship offers from Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, West Virginia, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Louisville, Iowa State, Kansas, Boston College, and others.
“What excites me about (Wisconsin) is the level of football they play year in year out and the plans the coaching staff has for me,” Duclona told 247sports Sunday night. “I feel like Madison is a great fit for me because of the style of defense they play, tough and physical and I feel like I contribute great to that style.”
As a senior, Duclona had 36.0 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, two interceptions, and 7.0 pass breakups for Naples. Per the 247sports composite, Duclona is the nation’s No. 93 ranked cornerback in the class of 2023.
