The Milwaukee Bucks took a step closer to clinching the second seed in the NBA Eastern Conference by defeating the top seeded Boston Celtics 104-91. The victory, however, came at an unfortunate cost. The Milwaukee Brewers lost a heartbreaker to the Cincinnati Reds in their first game of their series on Monday night. Corbin Burnes was traded to the Baltimore Orioles for Joey Ortiz and DL Hall while former manager Craig Counsell departed for the Chicago Cubs. Additionally, Brandon Woodruff was non-tendered and then re-signed following a shoulder injury that will keep him out for the entire year.
