Josh Gordon, the oft-suspended wide receiver, intends to play in 2020. His chances of doing so seem more likely now that the NFL will no longer suspend players for marijuana violations. Former Wisconsin Badgers running back Melvin Gordon has signed a two-year $16 million contract with the Denver Broncos. The deal includes $13.5 million in guaranteed money. Gordon, a two-time Pro Bowl running back, missed the first four games of the 2019 season as he held out for a contract extension from the Chargers. He finished last season with 612 yards and eight rushing touchdowns in 12 games. Gordon’s first Pro Bowl season was 2016, his second year in the NFL.
