Green Bay’s search for wide receivers remains in full swing.  After Adams, MVS, and St. Brown left in free agency/trade, Green Bay’s top wide receivers are Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, and Amari Rodgers.  The amount of free agents that remain un-signed seems fairly large for this time of year.  Many seem to be waiting for the right opportunity, while others are deciding between multiple contract offers.  Here are the top receiver name left who remain un-signed: Tier 1 free agent wide receivers: Julio Jones: While Jones just turned 33 and has had trouble staying on the field as of late…

Giannis Antetokounmpo has put together another incredible season, but more so, an incredible second half to the season.  In Milwaukee’s win over Brooklyn we saw many examples of how is game has evolved over the years.  Giannis hit a three point shot late in the 4th quarter to tie it the game at 110.  He also hit two free throws with 3 seconds left in overtime to give the Bucks the eventual win 120-119.  Those two things may not happen 3-4 years ago. The Three Point Shot: This comes just two days after Giannis blocked Joel Embiid to win the…

The case for Giannis Antetokounmpo becoming the greatest Milwaukee Buck ever keeps getting stronger.  Tonight he became the Bucks’ all-time points leader. He started the night with 14,172 all-time points.  He was just 39 shy of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (14,211).  With 18 seconds left in the 4th quarter against the Brooklyn Nets Giannis hits an incredible shot to tie the game: The Shot: GIANNIS PASSES KAREEM FOR THE BUCKS ALL TIME LEADING SCORER IN THE CLUTCHEST OF WAYS pic.twitter.com/adClkPIOsq — The Lead (@TheLeadSM) April 1, 2022 The Bucks Tribute: From the 15th pick to Milwaukee’s All-Time Scoring Leader. Jahan Dotson plays very similar to Marvin Harrison; he’s undersized but has tremendous speed and soft hands. The Packers need a possession receiver.  Dotson caught 91 passes last season at Penn State. He also had only two drops on 142 targets and should be able to gain 12’s trust quickly.  With Matt Lafleur’s recent comments about needing speed on offense, Dotson is your man. A look at what Dotson brings to an offense: Dotson is a Finesse wideout with great  speed and great athleticism who is fully operational on all three levels of the field. Dotson’s passing scheme was well-designed…

Mock drafts are always fun because you can play around with “what if” scenarios.  However we have learned this off-season that even some of the wildest trades can happen in real life.  This draft would set up Green Bay with wide receivers for the future and for now.  Here we go: Round 1 – Pick #6 Via Trade: WR Drake London (USC) (It’s a twitter thread, scroll past the Kevin Thibodeaux video) 13. Drake London – Excellent size and length for his position – Great hands with incredible catching range, knows how to use his big frame to make the…

I’m sure you have heard the phrase “protect Giannis at all costs.”  This is yet another example on the long list.  Giannis The Joke: https://twitter.com/giannis_an34/status/1509008551108395016?s=21&t=l7BPAUjxucBVgmmIeG_MIw “What do you call a cow… on the floor?  Ground beef!” One of the many reasons why this man is so many people’s favorite player in the NBA.  After dropping 40 points on the Philadelphia 76ers he kept it light after the game.  The Bucks pulled to within 0.5 games in the East for the #1 seed.
