Basketball is a team game, so, no one player can totally compensate for a lack of wins when comparing players in the league. To be a “superstar” of the game, many look to see who has the most Championship wins, with some of the best not having won a single NBA Championship ring. Consider players like LeBron who won multiple MVP awards in his first 7 years of the game. Despite that, he was always under heavy criticism when it came to his playoff games, and he was not considered to be the best player until he won his first…
One of the essential parts of the off-season, the ritual NFL draft, is about to happen. All teams, including the Green Bay Packers, will need to shore their respective teams in different positions. Following three successive seasons leading only to three excruciating playoff defeats, Brian Gutekunst will have to find a way to improve Green Bay’s roster while dealing with a $50 million salary cap hole. A talking point of the offseason will be quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Will the MVP come back to the team? If yes, how much cap relief will a contract extension accommodate? Regarding receiver Davante Adams,…
,The NL Central isn’t like the AL East. It’s easy to see the division as anything but a two-team race this season. The rebuilding Pittsburgh Pirates are nowhere near contention. The Cincinnati Reds will likely join the Pirates in that club very soon. Chicago Cubs will continue to look to get over the hump after losing 91 games last season. That leaves the NL Central division champions, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the St. Louis Cardinals, who lost in the Wild Card Game. Both the Brewers and the Cardinals have caliber rosters to win the division and make a run for…

Money is something which is important to us all and something we cannot live without. The same is also true for the top sports teams in Wisconsin, who also need money to survive. Without generating the funds to pay players, pay staff and stay afloat, they would simply cease to exist. Luckily, top teams in the state, such as the Packers, Brewers and Bucks, all pull in fairly healthy revenue figures each year. Can Revenue Be Increased by Wisconsin’s Sports Teams Bumping Revenue Despite this though, you can bet Wisconsin teams will all be looking to make more each year and…
The race to March Madness is in full swing. With not much time until a bracket is revealed, teams are scrambling to ensure they are included in the field on Selection Sunday. Tracking bubble teams can be fun, but there is always a sense that there are only a few teams that truly have what it takes to cut the nets down by the first Monday in April. The odds to win March Madness reflect this when looking at who has that realistic dream. 2021-22 March Madness Title Contenders 8. Duke Blue Devils This list wouldn’t be complete without Duke appearing.…
We can’t remember a time in recent history when the NBA’s eastern conference was that competitive and unpredictable. Only 9.5 games separate the first seed from the tenth seed in the East while 23 games separate the first seed and the tenth seed in the West. Every team in the top five has a legitimate chance of taking the title too. Some of these teams were to be expected, but very few people could have expected to see the Bulls and the Heat on top of the division. Or seeing the Cavs anywhere near the top five. So, who will…
