The Green Bay Packers lost a frustrating game in London to the New York Giants. After scoring 20 points in the first half, the Giants shutout the Packers offense in the second half. There are a variety of reasons for this, and one could point to abandoning the run game as the leading one. However, whenever the Packers lose a game, Aaron Rodgers and others will be asked if they need to add another wide receiver, namely Odell Beckham Jr. The Pro Bowl wide receiver has long been linked to the Packers, and Rodgers has expressed his admiration for OBJ in the past.

After the loss, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers addressed the media. He fielded several questions that he, admittedly, did not really like. One interesting question towards the end of his interview was about the possibility of the Packers adding a wide receiver, namely Odell Beckham Jr.
“Well first of all, he’s not healthy,” Rodgers said. Indeed, OBJ is still recovering from a torn ACL and is weeks away from being able to contribute to any team. The free agent wide receiver suffered the injury in the Super Bowl while playing for the Los Angeles Rams.
Rodgers went on to state that he loves OBJ and feels bad that he has been dealing with this injury. He said that, more than anything, he just wants to see him healthy. Rodgers did say that he trusts Brian Gutekunst to add (or not add) whatever pieces he sees fit.
