We are in the final stretch heading into May of the WIAA Baseball Regular Season. Over the last couple of months, we have seen so many good matchups across the area worthy of taking note. The last couple of weeks are going to be tight with several key matchups as well.
Currently, all the local conferences are still looking extremely tight including the Classic Eight, Greater Metro, Metro Classic, Milwaukee City-Gold, North Shore, Southeast, Southern Lakes, Woodland East, and Woodland West.
When previewing the different WIAA Baseball Sectionals, the most difficult is the Oconomowoc sectional which will be played at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park home of the Lake Country Dockhounds, when it comes down to the final four teams on Tuesday, June 4th. Next week, we will preview that sectional.
