The Green Bay Packers wound up selecting 11 players in the 2024 NFL Draft. General Manager Brian Gutekunst put a heavy focus on two areas: offensive line and defense. 9 of their 11 draft picks were spent on those two areas.
However, one of those draft picks will be out for (at least) off-season workouts.
Green Bay Packers 2024 NFL Draft Pick Will Miss Time Due To Lower Body Surgery
According to Tom Silverstein of The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

He suffered a stress fracture doing drills on the turf at the combine and powered through more drills at his pro day.
Kitan Oladapo Will Face An Uphill Battle At The Start Of His NFL Career
During his six years in Corvallis, Ore., ladapo (6-2, 216) redshirted in 2018 and played as a reserve very sparingly for two seasons.
However, during the course of his last three seasons, he has started 38 games, made 222 tackles, including 13 for loss, racked up 412 sacks, and broken up 23 passes.
His two picks and eight PBUs earned him honorable mention All-Pac-12 recognition in 2021 and second-team honors last season.
During the combine, he ran a 4.58 in the 40 with a 36-inch vertical jump.
The Packers’ safety position became very deep in one off-season. The additions of Xavier McKinney, Javon Bullard, Evan Williams, and Kitan Oladapo will create for a substantial amount of competition. Getting Oladapo on the field as soon as possible will be crucial for his development.
