The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 112-104 on Monday night. The Bucks improved to 16-9 overall and remain in third place in the Eastern Conference. The win was preceded by some interesting transactions that saw Donte DiVincenzo and Jordan Nwora sent to the Wisconsin Herd. Hours later, they were recalled to the team. Neither played tonight. However, this is not about them. This is about the team and, specifically, Giannis Antetokounmpo. Here, we present three unbelievable stats from the Bucks’ win.
Giannis Turned 27

Tonight was Giannis Antetokounmpo’s birthday. He turned 27 and has already put together a career that many Hall of Famers would be proud of. On this night, Giannis scored 27 points, oddly poetic given the circumstances. It gets better, though. He scored those 27 points in just 27 minutes of play. The two-time MVP added 12 rebounds, two assists, and a block. If that were not enough, he was also a perfect 3/3 from behind the arc.
Giannis Is Now 4-0 on His Birthday
Apparently, the Greek Freak enjoys playing (and winning) on his birthday. The Milwaukee Bucks are now 4-0 in games in which Giannis has played on his birthday. The last time Giannis played on his birthday was in 2019. The Bucks defeated the Los Angeles Clippers behind Giannis’ 27 points, 11 rebounds, and four assists. In 2017, Milwaukee defeated the Detroit Pistons 104-100. In that game, Giannis scored 25 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and handed out four assists. The first time the Bucks played on Giannis’ birthday, the beat the New York Knicks 106-91. That was back in 2015. Giannis had 17 points, six rebounds, and six assists.
The Bucks Are 11-0 When the Big Three Play

The Milwaukee Bucks improved to 11-0 when Giannis, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday all play. Tonight, Middleton had 21 points, three rebounds, and eight assists. Holiday added 20 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists.
