Sean Clifford is a rookie second string QB for the Green Bay Packers, who has been making the rounds as the perfect backup for Jordan Love.
In the 19-15 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday, in the third and final preseason game of the year, he went out with a minor right arm injury in the fourth quarter.
According to reports on this injury however, he is fine and shouldn’t miss any significant action for the Packers this season.
After the victory, he had a very interesting take on where this team stands in the NFL today.
Packers are underrated?:
In a post-game interview this afternoon, he gave an intresting perspective on the team going forward.
” I think we as a collective unit have put together a lot of good “, Sean said. ” Honestly I really do think this team is super underrated “, he went on to say. ” I know it’s the preseason but it was a very exciting preseason game “, Sean explained.
No disagreements here, the Packers are absolutely underrated. I will even go as far as saying the Packers have a playoff shot in 2023. Only time will tell, what we can say for sure is that this was a preseason for the ages.
