The Green Bay Packers edged out a win in Miami on Sunday 26-20. The win improved their record to 7-8 and put them squarely in the playoff discussion. The first half ended with the Packers being down 20-13 and Tua Tagovailoa having his way with the defense. Tagovailoa finshed 9-of-12 for 229 yards and a touchdown in the first half. The second half was a different story, and Rasul Douglas talked about why.
Jerry Gray Cussed Out The Defense At Halftime
According to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic:
Rasul Douglas said DB coach Jerry Gray cursed them out at halftime. That’s not normal for Gray. Woke everyone up, Douglas said.
“OG came in and cursed us out bad,” said Douglas. “It was just like, ‘we have to play better.’ And in the second half, we played better.”
