It was glorious just to have Packers football back last Friday, wasn’t it? I mean, here’s me on my deck, watching the game, with a beverage on a BEAUTIFUL August evening.

In all honesty, unless something terrible happened in the game, nothing was going to spoil my night. And you know what? Nothing terrible happened. Despite what half of your social media says, Jordan Love played pretty well. Romeo Doubs showed some strengths & also some weaknesses in his 2022 debut. And there were some good (and some not so great) performances by guys fighting for spots on a roster that’s pretty much loaded (outside of that WR room, of course).
I’m not one to overreact to ANYTHING (usually) and Green Bay’s 1st preseason game is no different. Enjoy this week’s “Wickett ON Wisconsin” podcast!
