Two years ago today, July 20, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Milwaukee Bucks to their second NBA Championship in franchise history. While the last two NBA Playoff runs have ended in bitter disappointment, the 2021 Finals MVP is not content to rest on his laurels. While he still enjoys and celebrates the success of the 2021 Championship, he wants to experience it again.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Believes the Milwaukee Bucks Will Win Another NBA Championship

Bucks fans have been active on social media today, posting highlight and appreciation Tweets from the unforgettable night when Giannis dropped 50 points, 14 rebounds, and five blocks in Game Six to clinch the series for Milwaukee. In the process of doing so, he became the first player in NBA history with 50/10/5 in a closeout game of the Finals.
It’s been two years, and the Bucks and their fans are not content to wait another 50 years for their next title. Giannis posted the following on Twitter:
What a night to remember! Enjoy it until the next one 🙏🏽 pic.twitter.com/HhPB7ljRPz

As mentioned, and as all Bucks fans know, the last two postseasons have been a disappointment. So disappointing, in fact, that Milwaukee fired Mike Budenholzer, the head coach who led them to Championship glory for the first time this century.
Adrian Griffin has been hired to replace him, and things will undoubtedly be different. That, however, does not mean they will be worse. Giannis, of course, is still arguably the best basketball player on the planet and Milwaukee has retained the core players that led them to the 2021 Championship win.
The nucleus is there. Giannis, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday still have yet to lose a NBA Playoff series in which they are all healthy. If Malik Beasley can provide quality shooting off the bench, and if MarJon Beauchamp can take a leap in Year Two, Milwaukee may not have to wait long to celebrate the next one.
