The NBA released the entire schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 regular season on Thursday. Naturally, individual teams got creative in their respective schedule announcements. One that stands out is that of the Brooklyn Nets as they took a page out of the Tennessee Titans’ social media playbook with their own hilarious version of the viral schedule announcement trend.
Nets’ Schedule Announcement Blows Up on Social Media
The Nets decided to head to Coney Island to ask some random folks to guess the logos of opposing teams. These people obviously knew nothing about the NBA, which resulted in some pretty hilarious guesses:
Can confirm these are all real logos 😭 (s/o the @Titans for the inspo) pic.twitter.com/Z4RHwPhKVz

I may have laughed a bit too much on some of those guesses. Either way, this seems like a hilarious trend that’s going to catch on in the coming years. Kudos to the Titans for starting this off, and credit to the Nets (and their special guests, of course) for executing it perfectly.
Milwaukee Bucks Catch Wild Stray in Nets’ Schedule Reveal
“Somebody kill a moose.”
That was probably one of the funniest guesses in the video. The man was talking about the Milwaukee Bucks when he gave that out-of-this-world response. I’m pretty sure even Bucks fans will find that funny. Right?
In case you missed it, the Nets and the Bucks are scheduled to battle it out on the court three times this season. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. travel to Brooklyn on November 6th and on December 27th, while the Bucks get to host the Nets on March 21st. Depending on how things go for both teams in the regular season, they could actually face off against each other in the playoffs as well.
