Monday night’s win against the Detroit Pistons was not a very comfortable one for the Milwaukee Bucks. They were forced to battle hard against an undermanned Pistons side that did not have the services of their star point guard Cade Cunningham.
Even though Detroit has the worst record in the NBA (they are now 4-39), the Bucks still needed to dig deep to escape with a 122-113 victory. This is just a clear testament to the fact that in this league, there simply are no guaranteed wins.
Milwaukee Bucks Star Khris Middleton Had to Rally the Troops

At one point in the tightly contested affair, Bucks veteran Khris Middleton was seen delivering a passionate speech to his teammates on the bench. Shortly after the final buzzer, the three-time All-Star shed some light on the message he wanted to send across during that exact moment:
“Just to take away confusion, that’s all that was,” he said. “Guys make their calls, stay with it. We all under the calls of what’s being said out there. That’s the only way we be one team. We stay on the same page. That’s all that was about.”
"It's pretty cool. It's a pretty cool moment."

The Bucks were in real danger of suffering a massive upset and as one of the leaders of the squad, Middleton felt that he had a responsibility to rally the troops, so to speak.
He led by example too, finishing with 26 points on 9-of-14 shooting, to go along with two rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two triples in 31 minutes of action.
Middleton and the Bucks get a night off before hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
