The Milwaukee Bucks officially start their season on Friday night with a home matchup in the Fiserv Forum against the Philadelphia 76ers. Giannis Antetokunmpo and Damian Lillard are fully expected to make their superstar debut, but there’s a big question mark surrounding Khris Middleton.
Bucks fans have been asking themselves: Is Middleton playing tonight vs. the Sixers?
Milwaukee Bucks Star Khris Middleton to Suit Up Vs. Philly

According to Bucks head coach Adrian Griffin, his team has a clean bill of health entering their first game of the season. This means that barring any unforeseen setbacks, Middleton should be available for Milwaukee on Friday night.
It is worth noting, however, that Middleton’s only appearance for the Bucks this summer came during their final preseason contest against the Memphis Grizzlies on October 20. The three-time All-Star struggled with his health throughout the offseason after he underwent surgery on his knee.
Given that Middleton played only 12 minutes in his single preseason appearance, Coach Griffin hinted that the veteran swingman is going to be on some sort of minutes limit. According to Griffin, “going from 12 to 35 (minutes) is probably not a smart thing to do right now.”

Be that as it may, the most important takeaway here is that Middleton will play. The Bucks will need him to be healthy this season, and his availability in his team’s first game of the year is a right step in this direction.
So, the answer to the question as to whether or not Khris Middleton is playing tonight vs. the Sixers, the answer is yes.
