The Milwaukee Bucks commemorated Jrue Holiday’s first game back at the Fiserv Forum by honoring the two-time All-Star with a touching tribute video during Thursday’s matchup against the Boston Celtics. It was an endearing moment that fittingly celebrated Holiday’s contributions to the franchise in his three seasons with the team.
Even before the game tipped off, however, Holiday was able to reconnect with his former Bucks teammates on the court.

Unsurprisingly, Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo were two of the first people to greet Holiday as soon as they met up on the court:

As seen in the video, Bucks center Brook Lopez had a big smile on his face as well as he gave Holiday a huge hug.
Pat Connaughton also caught up a bit with his former teammate as the two teams warmed up:

Earlier in the day, Bucks president Peter Feigin went out of his way to greet Holiday during the Celtics’ morning shootaround:

Clearly, there’s no bad blood between Holiday and his former team.
In terms of basketball, however, Holiday could be looking to exact some revenge when he faces off against the Bucks the next time out. This is after Milwaukee embarrassingly blew out the Celtics on Thursday night. The game was virtually over by halftime after the Bucks mounted a mind-blowing 37-point lead over a hapless Boston side.
The game isn’t over yet as of writing, but at this point, the final result is already out of the question.
