The Milwaukee Bucks will end a stretch of road games tonight where they will travel to the Toyota Center to take on the Houston Rockets.  The last time these two teams matched up was on December 17th, where the Bucks were able to close out the Rockets at home with a score of 128-119.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Houston Rockets Spread Set at 6.5, Over/Under 238.5 Total Points

The spread for tonight’s matchup is listed at 6.5 points.  While the last contest ended in a 9-point victory for Milwaukee, the Bucks are significantly more dominant at home with a 16-2 record.  Rockets forwards Dillon Brooks (oblique) and Tari Eason (leg) are listed as game-time decisions.  If both Brooks and Eason don’t suit up for tonight’s contest, expect the line to shift in Milwaukee’s favor.

In the last matchup, there were a total of 247 points scored and both teams shot 50 percent from the field or better.  The over on total points has hit in 6 of the last 7 games between these two teams and the Bucks are the second highest scoring team in the NBA.  There is value in over 237.5 total points for tonight’s contest.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 18.5 Rebounds + Assists (-120 on FanDuel Sportsbook)

Giannis Antetokounmpo is having an MVP level start to the season, winning player of the month for December and is averaging over 31 points, 11.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists on the season.  Antetokounmpo hit the 18.5 line in the last matchup versus Houston grabbing 17 rebounds in the process.  He has also hit this line in his last 4 games which makes over 18.5 combined rebounds and assists my best bet of the contest.

Khris Middleton Over 22.5 Points +Assists (-111 on FanDuel Sportsbook)

Khris Middleton is starting to hit his stride offensively after dealing with a multitude of injuries to start the season.  Middleton is averaging 18.7 points and just under 6 assists in his last 10 games and only played the first half of last game versus the San Antonio Spurs.  With the extra rest coming into tonight’s matchup, Middleton to go over 22.5 combined points and assists holds value.

Jalen Green Over 18.5 Points (-130 on FanDuel Sportsbook)

    Jalen Green last 5 games:

    22 PPG
    6 REB
    3 AST
    46.3% FG (7.6/16.4)
    48.9% 3FG (4.6/9.4)
    61% FT (2.2/3.6) (Improve please)
    61.2% TS

Three ball has looked great in this stretch, which is the most consistent of the season.

While Jalen Green did not go over the 18.5 mark against Milwaukee in the previous matchup, he is shooting just under 49 percent from behind the arc in his last 5 games and is breaking out if the slump that riddled him at the start of the season.  The Bucks give up the third most points to shooting guards in the league, which gives Green a favorable matchup to go over his points line.

Coverage for tonight’s contest will begin at 8:00 PM Eastern Time streaming live on NBA League Pass.
